Last year, our digital director was lucky enough to get the first of 6 limited edition tattoos by Genesis Breyer P-Orridge. The 6 tattoos, commissioned from artists such as P-Orridge, Douglas Gordon, Kim Gordon and others, were part of Gagosian Gallery’s FLASHFLASHFLASH Tattoo parlor, which launched at MoMA PS1’s art book fair. The initiative has since traveled to other locations feauting different artists and is now making its final “appearance” at San Francisco MoMA on April 26. with tattoos by Alex Israel and St. Vincent.
